The complainant has filed the present complaint alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 2.7.2024 passed by the - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:40183-DB CCC No. 784 of 2025 learned Single Judge of this Court in Writ Petition No.13274/2024 (GM-ST/RN). 2. The operative part of the said order reads as under: 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I deem it just and appropriate to dispose of this petition reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to submit a fresh/new representation to respondent No.2, who shall consider the same and proceed further to register the sale deed dated 24.07.2019 executed in favour of the petitioner, in accordance with law, without reference to the endorsement dated 08.09.2023, produced as Annexure-C to the present petition, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6. Subject to the aforesaid observations and directions, the petition stands disposed of. 3. In compliance of the aforesaid order, the accused had considered the representation of the complainant and had declined to register the Sale Deed, inter alia¸ on the ground that the seller’s RTC and revenue sketch, which are mandatory were not available. A copy of the order dated 20.9.2025 is handed over to this Court. 4. It is not necessary for this Court to examine the merits of the said order. However, it is clear that the present complaint does not survive as the complainant’s representation has been considered. We accordingly, close the complaint.
