By means of this application, the Petitioner seeks the intervention of this Court for a direction to the Opposite Party Nos. 2 and 3 to register the FIR on the basis of the Complaint lodged on 05.10.2025. 3. As no action was initiated on the complaint of the Petitioner, the matter was brought to the notice of the Superintendent of Police, Khurda. However, no action has yet been taken on the aforesaid complaint. 4. Having regard to the aforesaid submissions of the learned counsel for the Petitioner, while this Court is not expressing any opinion on merits of this case, the Opposite Party No.3 i.e. the IIC, Khurda P.S. is directed to examine the complaint of the Petitioner, if it is pending before it or has been received through post, and further if it reveals a cognizable offence, to register the same and to proceed in accordance with law. 5.
