The instant contempt petition has been preferred by the petitioner for seeking implementation of order dated 1st March, 2023 passed by this Court in WP(C) 635/2022, in terms whereof, the said writ petition was disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the respondents projecting therein his claim and on receipt of the said representation, the respondents have been directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders within one month. 02. The order mentioned supra stands complied with by the respondents, as the order of consideration has also been placed on record with the instant contempt petition. 03. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also perused the order, out of which instant contempt petition has arisen and I am of the considered opinion that the instant contempt petition is not maintainable, inasmuch as the respondents have already complied with the order passed by this Court on 1st March, 2023, by passing a detailed consideration order and instead of challenging the said consideration order through appropriate proceedings, the learned counsel for the petitioner, has filed the instant contempt petition, which is not maintainable under law. 04. Confronted with the aforesaid position, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant contempt petition, with liberty to seek appropriate remedy as may be available under law.
