The present petition has been filed inter-alia seeking a direction to the concerned authorities for permitting hearing through video conferencing in the Courts of Special Judges (PC Act) Rouse Avenue District Court, Central Delhi. 2. Ms. Vashisht, learned counsel submits that video conferencing facility is already available at the said District Court. 3. None appears for the Petitioner. 4. The other prayer clauses (a) and (b) of the petition seeking to audio and video record the proceedings of the Court is without any legal basis and the same are accordingly dismissed. In fact, the Petitioner himself has placed on record as Annexure P-8, the applicable Rules, which expressly prohibit audio and video recording of the Court proceedings except by the authorized personnel appointed by the Court. 6. In view of the above, no further relief can be granted in these proceedings and the same is accordingly dismissed. 7. Pending applications stand disposed of.
