The petitioner is the wife and she filed this petition seeking transfer of HMOP No.513 of 2024 from the file of Family Court, Coimbatore to the file of Family Court, Dharmapuri to be jointly tried along with HMOP No.34 of 2024 filed by the petitioner, which is pending on the file of Family Court, Dharmapuri. 3. In the light of the above, I find that prima facie case is made out by the petitioner for seeking transfer for the purposes of joint Trial which would avoid multiplicity of proceedings as well as conflict of orders. Therefore, I am inclined to allow this transfer petition. 4. Accordingly, HMOP No.513 of 2024 is withdrawn from the file of Family Court, Coimbatore and transfer the same to the file of Family Court, Dharmapuri to be jointly tried along with HMOP No.34 of 2024. __________ Page2 of 4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis TR CMP No. 580 of 2025 5.
