The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition inter-alia with the prayer to direct the Respondent No. 2, District Magistrate, Firozabad to consider and decide application dated 31.05.2025 pending in respect of issuance of second Arm of Rifle on the basis of earlier license no. LN33580A/7B05B19/1535/Shikohabad(UIN) 335800003263502024 which has been renewed and valid upoto 15.07.2027. 2. Today when the matter is taken up, learned Standing Counsel placed before this Court the decision taken by the Respondent No. 2 dated 26.07.2025, the same is taken on record. Copy of the same has also been provided to the counsel for the petitioner. 3. After going through the same, a prayer has been made by the counsel for the petitioner that relief sought by the petitioner has already been granted to him, therefore, no further orders are required to be passed and the present writ petition may be dismissed as having become infructuous. 4.
