1. When the matters were taken up for hearing, none of the advocates for the petitioners remained present, whereas Mr.D.P.Joshi, learned advocate for the petitioners in Special Civil Application No.17515 of 2011 has =led a sick-note.
2. This Court vide its order dated 10.12.2025, passed the following order :
“1. In view of leave note of respective learned advocates appearing for the petitioner, though the matters are of the year 2011, are required to be adjourned.
2. Nonetheless, Ms. Sukhadwala, learned AGP would draw the attention of this Court that the issue germane in the matters may no longer survive in view of the order dated 01.12.2016 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Special Civil Application No. 9578 of 2024 and allied matters as well as Government Resolutions dated 16.01.1989 and 02.07.2007.
3. In view of the above, list these matters on 17.12.2025 on the top of the board. It is made clear that on next date of hearing, no sick note or leave note of learned advocates for the respective parties will be entertained.”

3. In view of the aforesaid order, both these petitions are dismissed for non-prosecution. Rule is discharged. Interim relief, if any, stands vacated.
