Heard Mr. C. Jayant K. Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Ms. Shailja Shukla, learned Dy. Government Advocate for the respondent who appears on advance copy. 2. By way of this writ petition, the petitioners have prayed for following reliefs:- “10.1.That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue the appointment order in favour of the petitioners for the post of Assistant Teacher in pursuance to the notification dated 20.02.2014 in the ST (PVTG) category. 10.2. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief as it may deems fit and appropriate.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners who belongs to ST (Particular Vulnerable Tribal Group) are not being considered for the post of Assistant Teacher, as per the notification dated 20.02.2014. The advertisement has been issued by the School Education Department for various districts, wherein total 4207 posts are reserved for ST category and 20% of the ST posts are reserved for the PVTG category, therefore, the candidature of the petitioners has to be considered for the post of Assistant Teacher in light of the circular dated 20.02.2014. He submits that similar identical petitions have also been decided in 3 light of the said circular and appointment orders have been issued to the similar situated candidates. He also submits that the petitioners may be given liberty to file a representation raising all their grievances before the concerned respondent authority to consider and decide their claim within stipulated time. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State does not opposes the said submission. 5. Considering the submissions made by the parties, and further considering the aforesaid aspect of the matter, the petitioners are granted liberty to file a representation raising all their grievances before the authorities concerned i.e. respondent No.2 within a period of ten days from the date of copy of this order and, in turn, the respondent No.2 is directed to consider and decide the said representation of the petitioners while passing appropriate order in a pragmatic manner within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of such representation, in accordance with law, keeping in mind the circular dated 20.02.2014 and further considering this fact that similarly situated Teachers have already considered and they were given appointment order. 6.
