JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 3 10-02-2025 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the informant. 2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for offences under Sections 376, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners are said to have assaulted the victim causing grievous injury. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners that there is general and omnibus allegations against these petitioners. There Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75294 of 2024(3) dt.10-02-2025 2/2 is case and counter case. 5. Learned APP for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for bail. 6. Learned counsel for the informant has submitted that the occurrence took place at 11:30 in the night and three persons including two females have been injured. Injury on two persons have been found to be grievous. 7. Considering the allegations levelled against these petitioners, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 8.
