Pursuant to the order dated 30.07.2025, Petitioner No.1, Rudransh (minor corpus) has been produced by the respondent no.4-Ajay Prasad. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that Petitioner No.1, Rudransh (Minor corpus), aged about 3 years, is her minor son and has been illegally detained by Respondent No.4 (father of the corpus). However, petitioner no.2, Smt. Sanjana Devi (mother of the corpus) has stated that respondent no.4, Ajay Prasad can avail his visitation right. Accordingly, the Petitioner No. 2, Smt. Sanjana Devi (mother of the corpus) is granted visitation right to meet his minor son Rudransh (petitioner no. 1) on 15th and 30th of every month from 10.00 A.M. to 12.00 (Noon) at the venue fixed by the Station House Officer, Police Station Tamkuhiraj, District Kushinagar which shall be safe and conducive place other than the police station.
