1. Mr. Rishab Bisht, learned counsel for the applicant.
2. Mr. Siddhartha Bisht, learned A.G.A. with Mr. Himanshu Sain, learned Brief Holder for the State.

The present applicant ‘Narendra Kumar’ is praying for regular bail in relation to First Information Report dated 09.02.2025 bearing FIR No. 42 of 2025, which was lodged against the unknown persons at P.S. Nanakmatta, District Udham Singh Nagar for the offences punishable under Sections 310(2), 317(3), 111 and 61(2) of BNS,
2023.
4. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated. He further submits that the applicant is not named in the FIR and has been implicated only on the disclosure of his name by the other three co-accused namely Ali Jama, Juvair and Gulzar. He further submits only the recovery of currency note has been shown, which is nothing but false and planted one.
5. On the other side, learned State counsel seriously oppose the bail application and submits that the recovery of looted articles were recovered from all the four accused persons and from the applicant not only the currency but other gold ornaments were also recovered.
6. He further submits that in this crime five persons were involved.

After hearing the arguments of learned counsel for the applicant as well the learned A.G.A. and further taking into consideration the allegation as alleged in the FIR, which appears to be serious in nature and furthermore in view of the written instructions of the State, this court is of the view that the applicant does not deserve for bail.
8. Accordingly, the bail application is rejected.
