This application has been filed for directing the respondents to properly investigate Kudhani (Turki O.P.) P.S. Case No.384 of 2022 and arrest the accused persons of the case, who used to threat the petitioner and his family members and also provide police protection to them. Patna High Court CR. WJC No.161 of 2025(3) dt.19-06-2025 2/3 3. Pursuant to the order of this Court, the S.H.O. of Kudhani Police Station and the Investigating Officer of the case have appeared in Court. This Court has interacted with them. 4. It appears that the Investigating Officer of the case was gained over by the accused persons and he has submitted final form saying the case to be a civil dispute. 5. From the allegations levelled in the F.I.R. prima facie, I am of the view that the criminal case is made out against the accused persons and the Police has connived with the accused persons. 6. Hence, the S.H.O. of Kudhani Police Station is directed to further investigate the case properly and thereafter decide whether criminal case is made out or it is a civil dispute. The further investigation must be concluded within one month from today. 7.
