ORDER 02.09.2025 1. By this petition, the petitioner herein has alleged non-compliance of the order passed by this Court dated 20.12.2023 whereby the petition bearing No. WP(C) 241/2024 was disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner within six weeks. 2. Statement of facts stands filed by respondents, whereby it is stated that the order of suspension of the petitioner has been reviewed by the High- powered empowered Committee on 16.01.2025 and it has been concluded that the suspension of the petitioner shall remain in operation. Respondents have passed a detailed consideration order on 03.03.2025 which has been annexed along with statement of facts. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents states that the order passed by this court has been implemented in its letter and spirit. 4. In view of the above, the contempt proceedings shall stand closed.
