On the ground that respondent No.4 is putting up illegal construction on the property which is the subject matter of the writ petition, the petitioner has complained to respondent Nos.2 and 3 - Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) to initiate action against respondent No.4. On the ground that no action has been initiated sofar, the present writ petition is filed with the following prayers:- "a) Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner produced at ANNEXURE-E dated 04.12.2024 and direct the respondents 2 and 3 to take action to demolish the construction which is put up against BBMP by laws and contrary to sanction plan rules buildings in the interest of justice and equity. b) Direct respondents to pay cost of this writ petition. c) Issue such other writ or direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the circumstances of the case." - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:32239 WP No. 1563 of 2025 2. In the course of the proceedings, learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 upon instructions submits that action has been initiated against respondent No.4 and after due enquiry appropriate orders will be passed. 3. In the light of the action being initiated against respondent No.4, the writ petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to complete the enquiry in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders after hearing all the parties concerned including the petitioner and respondent No.4 herein. 4.
