In the present case, order under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (hereinafter referred to as 'the Act') dated March 27, 2025 was passed by the Additional District Magistrate (Finance and Revenue), Prayagraj for granting possession to the petitioner who is the auction purchaser. 3. In light of the same, the Additional City Magistrate IInd, Prayagraj, being the respondent No.4 herein, is directed to act in accordance with law and comply with the order passed under Section 14 of the Act within a period of six weeks from date, if there is no other legal impediment. 4.
