In that view of the matter, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the respondents No.3 and 4 are hereby directed to consider the legal notice dated 20.09.2022 (Annexure-G) within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Accordingly, writ petition stands disposed of.
