(ORAL) Challenge in the present petition is to the order dated 26.11.2024 (Annexure P-10) passed by General Manager, Haryana State Transport, Jhajjar whereby the claim of the petitioner for grant of technical pay scale has been declined. Counsel for the respective parties are ad idem that the controversy involved in the present cases is squarely covered by the judgment dated 25.03.2025 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in a bunch of writ petitions including CWP No.11710-2014 titled as ‘Sarbans Singh and Others Versus State of Haryana and Others’. It has been further submitted that with regard to his grievances, the petitioner has already served a legal notice dated 18.09.2024 (Annexure P-7) and that the petitioner would be satisfied in case his legal notice is considered and decided in terms of the judgment dated 25.03.2025 (supra). The present writ petition is accordingly disposed of with the consent of the parties and without commenting anything on the merits of the case with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the legal notice dated 18.09.2024 (Annexure P-7) served by the petitioner and to take a considerate decision thereupon in light of the judgment dated 25.03.2025 passed in CWP-11710-2014 titled as “Sarbans Singh and Others Versus State of Haryana and Others”, within a period of three months of the receipt of certified copy of this order. Needless to mention that in the event of the petitioner being found eligible for the benefits as claimed in the light of the judgment dated 25.03.2025 (supra), the necessary benefits shall also be released to him within a further period of two months.
