Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents-Police, on instructions, submitted that during the investigation in Crime No.205 of 2024, the second respondent-Police, by letter dated 09.01.2025 sought the petitioner to submit certain relevant documents to investigate the case further. However, the petitioner has not produced the same and due to non co-operation of the petitioner, the second respondent-Police is not in a position to conclude the investigation and file a final report. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances and also considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the second respondent-Police and extend his co- operation for investigation and produce the relevant documents as sought 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Crl.O.P.No.21445 of 2025 for by the second respondent-Police.
