1. Instant petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, seeking quashing of FIR No.93, dated 01.11.2024, under Sections 61, 318(4), 319, 336(3), 338, 340 of BNS, 2023, P.S Cyber Sonipat, District Sonipat, Haryana (Annexure P-1), and all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise dated 31.05.2025 (Annexure P-2).
2. As per record, there are total of 04 accused, however, the present petition has been filed by only two of them, seeking partial quashing of the aforementioned FIR, and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom.
3. Faced with this situation, learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a comprehensive quashing petition on behalf of all the accused.
4. Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for. ( Sanjay Vashisth )
