Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record. 3. The petitioners are holding accounts bearing Account Nos.0390324000007231, 00000020037454602, 1621155000001381 and 1621155000105682 with the respondents 4 to 6 herein. While being so, on receipt of the communication from the 7th respondent, the respondents 4 to 6 have closed the petitioners’ accounts and did not permit the petitioners to operate their accounts. In fact the petitioners also lodged complaint before the 2nd respondent and loss money through online trade business to the tune of more than Rs.8,00,000/-. In pursuant to their complaint, an FIR was also registered by the 2nd respondent in FIR No.20 of 2025 for the said offence. Further, though notice served on the respondents 1 and 3, no one is representing before this Court either by person or through pleader. 5. Further, admittedly no amount is transferred to the petitioners’ accounts. In view of the above, no purpose would be served to freeze the accounts of the petitioners by the respondents 4 to 6. 6. In view of the above, the respondents 4 to 6 are directed to defreeze the petitioner’s respective accounts and permitted the petitioners to operate their accounts. It is made clear that if any further investigation from the respective Cyber Crime, the respondents 4 to 6 are directed to act accordingly. 7. With the above directions, the Writ Petition (Criminal) is disposed of.
