When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents produced the written instructions received from the 2 nd respondent. On going through the same, it is seen that already steps have been taken to bring the property within the control of the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department Page No.2 of 5 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 28164 of 2025 based on the reports that have already been submitted by the respondents 2 and 3. 3. In the light of the above stand taken, there shall be a direction to the 1 st respondent to take a final decision within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
