According to petitioner, he filed objection to temporary injunction application and also written statement to the plaint, however, learned Trial Court has not considered his application for vacation of temporary injunction. (3) Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, writ petition is disposed of with a request to the Court concerned to consider petitioner’s prayer for vacation of temporary injunction on the next date fixed. If for any reason, it is not possible for the Trial Court to consider petitioner’s said application on the next date fixed, the same shall be considered and decided on any other date within two weeks thereafter.
