The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 13 of 2024 arising out of Taratand P.S. Case No. 21 of 2023, for the offences registered under Section 395 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI, Giridih. 3. On 5.08.2023, at about 02:00 a.m., the informant was waylaid by seven to eight unknown persons near Usri River Bridge. The dacoits looted Rs. 7,000/-, jewelries mobile phone and other articles from him. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R., nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and similarly situated co- accused Lalchand Hansda has been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court earlier. 5. Mr. Manoj Kr Mishra, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent. 6. Considering the fact that there is no cogent material against the petitioner on the record, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI, Giridih in connection S.T.
