While being so, on instructions made by the 2nd and 3rd respondents, the 1st respondent had frozen the petitioner's account and did not permit the petitioner to operate his account on the ground that some of the crime proceeds, transferred to the petitioner’s account. 3.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the 1st respondent that the disputed amount allegedly transferred to the petitioner’s account to the tune of Rs.100/- pursuant to the complaint lodged by the 2nd respondent and Rs.12,000/- pursuant to the complaint lodged by the 3rd respondent. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP Crl.
