JUSTICE SANJAY PARIHAR, JUDGE ORDE R 07.07.2025 CCP No. 15/2025 In compliance with order dated 06.06.2025, both officers i.e. Principal Secretary to the Government Department of Finance and Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir, Srinagar have appeared through the virtual mode and have submitted that they have complied with order passed by this Court and the salary payable to the petitioners has already been released. Both of them have shown remorse about what happened in the matter due to some communication gap. Be that as it may, the order passed by this Court with respect to the salary part has been complied with and the appearing officers have realized where they had gone wrong in complying with order of this Court. The proceedings initiated for contempt are closed and the rule, framed against them, is discharged. CCP(D) No. 71/2024 So far as the regularization part is concerned, it is submitted by Mr. Mohsin Qadri, learned Senior AAG that the steps are afoot to comply with the judgment and submit the file to the Chief Minister in coordination, for taking appropriate decision. On request of Mr. Qadri learned Senior AAG, three weeks’ time is granted to file a fresh status report indicating the steps taken to comply with the aforesaid direction. We make it clear that in case of failure, the Commissioner Secretary to the Government, Department of Revenue and Commissioner Secretary to the Government, Department of GAD, shall appear through virtual mode on the next date of hearing.
