No.56590/2018 by the learned single Judge dismissing the writ petition. 2. Learned counsel for the appellant/employee and respondent/Corporation jointly submit that the dispute is amicably settled and the parties have reduced the terms of the settlement in the joint memo. 3. The joint memo reads as under: "JOINT MEMO The WA filed against the order of the Learned Single Judge passed in WP.No.56590/2018 dated 7.9.2023 has been settled between the parties on the following terms and the award may kindly be modified as under: 1. The Respondent - Corporation to reinstate the petitioner workman into service without continuity of service, without consequential benefits, without 3 backwages from the date of dismissal till the date of actual reinstatement as per the settlement. 2. The parties to the proceedings have agreed for the above terms." 4. The joint memo is taken on record. 5. This Court does not find any impediment to accept the terms of the settlement. Accordingly, the impugned order dated 07.09.2023 passed in W.P. No.56590/2018 by the learned single Judge is modified in terms of the joint memo.
