THIS PETITION, COMING ON FOR ORDERS, THIS DAY, ORDER WAS MADE THEREIN AS UNDER: - 6 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:52654 WP No. 36641 of 2025 CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR ORAL ORDER In this petition, petitioners seek the following reliefs: “(i) Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to approve the 44 petitioner students which is not being approved by the respondent due to the portal issue and the Government Order dated 23.05.2025 vide Annexure- C. (ii) Issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider representation made by the 1st petitioner together with the 44 petitioner students and government order dated 23.05.2025 vide Annexure-C; (iii) Issue any writ in the nature of mandamus to permit the students to accept the approval fee/examination fee of the 44 petitioner students whose admissions are yet to be approved by the respondents; (iv) Issue any writ or order as deemed fit in the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity.” 2. After arguing the matter for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that since the respondent No.2 – Board has not considered the representation / request made by the petitioners vide Annexure-E dated 21.01.2025, the respondent - 7 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:52654 WP No. 36641 of 2025 No.2 may be directed to consider the same and take appropriate decision / pass appropriate orders within a stipulated time frame. 3. Per contra, learned counsel for respondent No.2-Board submits that if reasonable time is granted, the respondent No.2- Board shall consider the said application filed by the petitioners at Annexure-E dated 21.01.2025 and take appropriate decision / pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law. 4.
