This petition has been filed to amend the prayer directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 05.02.2024 and consequently direct the respondents not to disturb the peaceful functioning of the petitioner's club instead of forbearing the respondents from arbitrarily and hingh handedly invoking the penal provisions of the Tamil Nadu Gaming (Act III of 1930) to prevent the petitioner's club from peaceful functioning in W.P.No.8656 of 2024. 2.
