This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to restrain the respondent No.4 not to raise the construction of path between the house/Abadi No. 1317 by illegal manner. ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.2 to take necessary action on the application dated 25.06.2025 within stipulated period which is pending before the respondent No.2 (Annexure No.5 to this writ petition)." 2. From perusal of the record it appears that it is a private dispute between the petitioner and respondent No.5. No case for interference is made out as already proceedings under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 is pending consideration. Moreover, the petitioner has already filed Original Suit No.104 of 2025 against the private respondent, which is pending consideration before Civil Judge (Junior Division), Jaunpur. 3.
