The applicant, who is in custody since 07.04.2023, has renewed the prayer for grant of regular bail in connection with S.T No.557 of 2023, arising out of Thakurgaon P.S. Case No.14 of 2023, pending in the court of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner – XV, Ranchi. 3. Earlier, the prayer for bail of this applicant was rejected vide order dated 15.10.2024, passed in B.A. No.8851 of 2024. 4. Pursuant to order dated 20.06.2025, the affidavit of the State is ready. Learned P.P is directed to file the same in the office. From perusal of the said affidavit, it appears that the prosecution evidence is already complete and four defence witnesses have also been examined. 5. In view of the stage of trial, I am not inclined to reconsider the prayer for bail of the applicant. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the applicant is, hereby, rejected once again.
