The appellant, by way of this appeal, seeks stay of the operation of order dated 11.04.2025, passed by the learned Principal District Judge, Ramban in a suit bearing File No. 16/2025, titled “Mohd. Amin Khan v. Bittu Kumar and others”, whereby the appellants have been temporirly restrained from obstructing or interfering in any manner with the respondents right of using pathway through their land, till disposal of this appeal. 2. Learned counsel for the appellants has produced order dated 03.02.2026, passed by learned Principal District Judge, Ramban, whereby the case mentioned supra has been transferred to the court of learned Munsiff, Ramban. 3. Both the learned counsel for the parties submit that in view of the aforesaid order, this appeal is rendered infructuous. 4.
