The following prayer has been made in the writ petition: "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 2 and 3 to take an appropriate action in connection with the representation made by the petitioner dated 12.3.2025 i.e. annexure no. 3 to this writ petition, on the basis of findings recorded by National Commission For Schedule Castes dated 28.9.2022 i.e. annexure no. 2 to this writ petition, forthwith or within a time as specified by this Hon'ble Court." 2. The petitioner is seeking execution and implementation of certain orders said to have been passed by the National Commission for Schedule Castes on the complaint of the petitioner. 3. After making brief submissions, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the writ petition and states that the petitioner will approach the Commission for redressal or avail any other suitable remedy. 4.
