After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with regard to his grievance, the petitioner has already served a legal notice dated 20.03.2025 (Annexure P-6) but the respondents have not taken any action thereupon till date. He contends that the petitioner would be satisfied at this stage, in case respondent No.3- Transport Commissioner, Haryana is directed to consider and decide the legal notice dated 20.03.2025 (Annexure P-6) in light of the judgment/order dated 24.04.2025 passed in VISHAL SHARMA 2025.07.18 09:50 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document CWP-19882-2025 -2- CWP-14627-2024 titled as “Mahabir Singh Tanwar versus State of Haryana and others” submitted by the petitioner, by passing a speaking order in a time bound manner. He, however, does not have any objection to the above request. The present writ petition is accordingly disposed of with the consent of the parties and without commenting anything on the merits of the case with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the legal notice dated 20.03.2025 (Annexure P-6) and to take a considered decision in light of the judgment/order judgment/order dated 24.04.2025 passed in CWP-14627-2024 titled as “Mahabir Singh Tanwar versus State of Haryana and others”, within a period of four months of the receipt of certified copy of this order.
