This is a bail application U/S.483 of the BNSS by the petitioners for grant of bail in connection with Nuapada Excise Station PR No.210 of 2025-26 arising out of SA Case No.71 of 2025 pending in the Court of learned District and Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Nuapada, for commission of offence punishable U/S.20(b)(ii)(B) of the NDPS Act, on the allegation of possessing 12Kgs of Contraband Ganja. 3. Heard, Mr. Braja Kishor Panda, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. A. Pradhan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor in the matter and perused the record. 4. After having considered the rival submissions and taking into consideration the nature and gravity of the offences as alleged against the petitioners vis-à-vis the accusations sought to be brought against them and regard being had to the pre trial detention of the petitioners in custody since 25.10.2025 and there being no criminal antecedent reported against the petitioners and taking into account the other circumstances on record in entirety including the right of the accused to be presumed innocent until proven guilty at the trial, this Court without expressing any view on merits admits the petitioners to bail. 5. Hence, the bail application of the petitioners stands allowed and the petitioners are allowed to go on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) each with one solvent surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Court in seisin of the case on such terms and conditions as deem fit and proper by it. 6.
