The captioned Writ Petition is filed seeking following reliefs: i) Call for records; ii) Issue a writ of Certiorari by quashing the proceedings of the first respondent dated 22.01.2025, a decision pronounced on 07.04.2025 in deferring the application for variation of condition of permit listed in Sl.No.144/Sub.No.50/2023(D) dated 22.01.2025 a decision pronounced on 07.04.2025 vide Annexure-F. iii) Direct the first respondent to consider the application dated 23.08.2023 vide Annexure-D filed for variation of condition of permit and grant the variation as prayed for in the application on or before 30.08.2025 and report the compliance to this Hon'ble Court. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:28462 WP No. 22206 of 2025 4. Counsel for the respective parties urged several contentions. Heard the arguments and perused the Writ papers with care. 5. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not pressing prayer (ii). The oral submission about non-pressing of prayer (ii) is placed on record. 6. As far as prayer (iii) is concerned, counsel for the petitioner submits that a Mandamus may be ordered directing the first respondent to consider the application dated 23.08.2023 submitted by the petitioner vide Annexure-D on or before 31.08.2025. AGA submits that an appropriate order may be passed. The oral submission made by counsel for the respective parties is placed on record. 7.
