Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a)/ 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act 2016 . 3 . Prosecution case is that 135 liters country made liquor were recovered from an open place . 4. It is submitted that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case . Learned counsel for the State submits that petitioner No. 1 has got 3 criminal antecedents of similar nature , petitioner No. 2 has got 3 criminal antecedents of similar nature and petitioner No. 3 has got two criminal antecedents of similar nature . 6. Considering the facts of the case as also the fact that huge quantity of liquor have been recovered and criminal antecedents of these petitioners, their prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
