No.4327 of 2025 Articles 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to supply the commodities to me pending subsistence of the authorization the same and pass…” 02. The petitioner was appointed as dealer of the fair price shop No.1114029, Annavaram Village, Chapadu Mandal, YSR Kadapa District vide Lr.No.LR-FP012300213635, dated 26.05.2023. 03. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the inspection was done in June-2024, though no action has been proposed against the petitioner, yet, the commodities have not been supplied to the petitioner. 04. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies placed on record the written instructions vide Ref No.B/2412/2024, dated 19.02.2025, and submitted that no action has been initiated against the petitioner. 05. In the result, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to forthwith supply the essential commodities in respect of the fair price shop No.1114029, Annavaram Village, Chapadu Mandal, YSR Kadapa District, so long as the authorization is in force.
