Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "A. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the order dated 17.12.24 passed by respondent no.2 in in RST No. 7139/2024 in Computer Case no. T202414360507139 (Kariya Vs -Gaon Satha) under section 41 U.P.L.R Act 1901. B. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to maintain status quo on spot as on today till the disposal of the writ petition." 3. Learned Standing Counsel as well as learned counsel appearing for respondents have raised a preliminary objection that restoration application filed by the petitioner for recalling the order passed under Section 41 of U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901 has been rejected by the authorities below and the petitioners have remedy of filing appeal or revision against the order impugned. 4. Since the petitioners have an alternative remedy, I am not inclined to entertain the instant petition. 5.
