ORAL ORDER
The petitioner's grievance is because the first respondent has refused to consider his application as per Annexure-F in ALD FOC No.9/2024-25. Sri.Abhiraj B.Chengti, the learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner has rightly invoked the jurisdiction of the first respondent under Section 72-A of the Karnataka Forest Act, 1963 but the first respondent has refused to consider the application. The learned counsel relies upon the orders of the learned Magistrate in FOC No.9/2024- 25 and the revision Court in Cr.R.P.No.16/2025.
Sri Rahul Cariappa, the learned Additional Government Advocate, submits that this Court could dispose of the petition calling upon the first

respondent to consider the petitioner's request and pass orders within a reasonable time. In the light of the afore, the petition stands disposed of calling upon the first respondent, within a period of three [3] weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order, to consider the petitioner's application and decide on merits.
