With reference to our order dated August 4, 2025, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the judgment dated April 27, 2021 has since been complied with in letter and spirit. Accordingly, he has filed a detailed compliance report dated 12.08.2025, in this regard today in Court, which is taken on record. Therefore, he submits that nothing substantive survives in the matter. That being so, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petition be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. However, in the event, any dispute/cause of action/ interest still survives, he be granted liberty to move an appropriate application for appropriate orders. Ordered accordingly,
