Learned counsel for the parties are present. 2. This appeal has been filed against the order dated 22.04.2019 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII-cum-Special Judge SC/ST, Dhanbad in connection with SC/ST Case No. 212 of 2018 arising out of CP Case No. 2287/2017 registered for offence under Sections 4, 5 and 6 of SC/ST (POA) Act, 1989 and Sections 324, 354, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3(i)(x) of SC/ST (POA) Act, 1989, whereby the bail petition filed by the appellant has been rejected. 3. The learned counsel for the State has submitted that the present appeal is not maintainable against the order dated 22.04.2019 as it was subject matter of earlier appeal being Criminal Appeal (S.J.) No. 515 of 2019 which was disposed of vide order dated 09.12.2019. 4. Learned counsel for the appellant is not in a position to satisfy this Court as to how two appeals arising out of the same order can be maintained before this Court. 2025: JHHC: 15435 2 5. Considering the objection raised by the learned counsel for the State, this Court is of the view that against the same order, two appeals are not maintainable.
