This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- ".Issue an order or direction, directing Civil Judge (Senior Division), Jhansi to decide the petitioners' application (Paper no. 6C2) for grant of ad-interim temporary injunction preferred in Original Suit No. 277 of 2025 (Smt. Sunita Mittal & another Vs. Sitaram Kushwaha and other) in accordance with law within stipulated time taking into account the urgency in the matter. Issue an order or direction, directing the defendant/respondents to maintain status quo with regard to nature and possession over the apportion area under dispute belonging to petitioners' arazi no. 1905 situate in mauza Dadiapura, Tahsil and District- Jhansi during pendency of Original Suit no. 277 of 2025 (Smt. Sunita Mittal & another Vs. Sitaram Kushwaha and other)." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the above-mentioned application is pending consideration since 2025 and the same has not been decided till date. Learned counsel prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously. 4. Since the above-mentioned application is pending, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Jhansi to decide the above-mentioned stay application, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within twelve weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, after ensuring service of notice upon all the respondents and providing opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties provided there is no other legal impediment.
