Mohni has filed this application under Section 447 B.N.S.S., 2023 seeking transfer the proceeding of Criminal Case No.175 of 2025, titled State Vs. Roop Singh and others, arising out of Case crime No.553 of 2024, under Sections 85, 115(2), 352 B.N.S. and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, registered at Police Station Mauranipur, District Jhansi pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate/Civil Judge (Junior Division) Mauranipur, Jhansi to District Mahoba, Banda or Hamirpur. A prayer for adjournment has been made, but this Court does not find any reason to adjourn the case. A perusal of the paper book would show that the earlier petition bearing Transfer Application (Criminal) No.297 of 2025 filed by the father of the applicant was not pressed and was withdrawn on 1st July, 2025 (Annexure no.1). Thus, this Court is not inclined to entertain the this petition for the same relief. This application is dismissed.
