Hence, this Writ Petition. 2. The learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 submits that if the reasonable time is granted, respondent No.2 would consider the representation vide Annexure-K, and would pass appropriate order in accordance with law. 3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for respondent No.2, I proceed to pass following order:- 4.
