On the basis of instruction, he submits that the order of the writ court dated 7.5.2024 rendered in Writ-A No. 6249 of 2024 has been complied with and the application has become infructuous. Learned counsel for the applicant disputed the aforesaid fact, but could not demonstrate that as to how order has not been complied with.
