The petitioner herein is aggrieved by delay in disposal of T.(Ex). 06/2023, Page No.# 2/2 by the Court of the Principal Judge No.1, Family Court, Kamrup (M) at Guwahati. 3. This Court has enquired with the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner as to whether any application has been filed for preponing the date for seeking early disposal of T.(Ex). 06/2023 before the learned Trial Court. Mr. P. Bhowmick, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that no such application has been filed. 4. Taking into the account the above, this Court disposes of the instant petition thereby granting liberty to the petitioner to file an application before the learned Principal Judge No.1, Family Court, Kamrup (M) at Guwahati seeking expeditious disposal of T.(Ex). 06/2023. 5. It is observed that upon such application being filed, the learned Principal Judge No.1, Family Court, Kamrup (M) at Guwahati shall proceed with the disposal of T.(Ex). 06/2023 as expeditiously as possible taking into account that the petitioner who is the husband has not been permitted to meet his child since 2017.
