Heard Sri D. Vigneshwar Reddy, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri V.R. Reddy Kovvuri, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and Sri K. Arjun Chowdary, learned Assistant Government for Revenue.
2. Learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner submits that the Writ Petitioner is a family head who takes care of issues relating to other family members. In this view of the matter, the head of the family alone has filed the present Writ Petition. However, it transpires from the Record that endorsement has been passed by the Tahsildar separately for each of the Applicants.
3. Sri K. Arjun Chowdary, learned Assistant Government Pleader takes objection to the fact that all the parties have not been made as Writ Petitioners.
4. Sri D. Vigneshwar Reddy, learned Counsel appearing for the Writ Petitioner seeks to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to file fresh Writ Petition by making all the affected parties as Writ Petitioners.
5. Request granted.
6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh Writ Petition by impleading all the affected parties as Writ Petitioners, if so advised. No order as to costs.
