"Issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus to direct Respondents to produce the Petitioner's husband before this Hon'ble Court; 2. Issue appropriate writ, order or directions directing the Respondent no.1 to locate the Petitioner's husband, Mr. Narayana Swamy M. C. 3. To call for records, evidence and grant any other such relief/s including writs, orders and directions as deemed fit by this Hon'ble Court, in the interest of justice and equity." 2. On issuance of notice, the respondent- State has entered appearance and filed status report indicating the manner of conducting investigation. 3. We have satisfied with the investigation carried out by the jurisdictional police. Taking note of the fact that this case is of a missing person, we are proposed to close the proceedings with a direction to the investigating officer to take the investigation to its logical conclusion in accordance with law and file a report before the jurisdictional Court. 5. It is needless to observe that, if any grievance of the petitioner is still subsists with regard to the assertions made in the petition, the petitioner can always take appropriate steps in accordance with law. 6.
