Heard the learned counsel Sri.Ravi Hegde appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel Sri.S.C.Bhuti appearing for the respondent-Corporation. 3. The challenge in the case at hand is to the order of suspension on 26.10.2024. During subsistence of the petition, it transpires that the Corporation has revoked the order of suspension on 30.11.2024 and the petitioner has joined back to the place which he was directed to report. - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC-D:3361 WP No. 106616 of 2024 4.
