Petitioner has approached this Court seeking mandamus to direct concerned respondents to conduct election of concerned Committee of Management. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that concerned respondents will take a decision in regard to conduct of election within a short period and same will be communicated to petitioner. 4. In view of above, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that concerned respondents will take a decision to conduct election within a period of 3 months and in case of any legal impediment, the same shall be communicated to petitioner.
